The Port of Saranda (Porti i Sarandës) is the main harbor of Saranda, Albania. At the port there is a ferry terminal for international departures and arrivals and customs clearance. The ferry terminal is used for ferries between Saranda and Corfu, cruise ships and private yachts arriving in Saranda.

Getting To And From The Port Of Saranda
From the terminal building you can get directly onto the main beachfront boulevard of Saranda and it’s just a small walk to the center of town.
There is also a taxi stand in front of the exit of the port on Rruga Mitat Hoxha. Especially when a ferry or cruise ship arrives there are taxis waiting for clients.
To find the bus stop, you just have to go right on Rruga Mitat Hoxha and you’ll see the bus stop next to the roundabout on the top of the street. An hourly service goes through the center of Saranda and via Rruga Butrinti to Ksamil and Butrint. Read more about how to get around Saranda.
Car Rental At The Port Of Saranda
If you are arriving by ferry from Corfu you can pick up your rental car directly upon arrival at the Port of Saranda. All rental offices are located inside the ferry terminal. Some car rental office also have a downtown office or a hotel pick-up point. This is especially useful if you’re staying in the area of Rruga Butrinti and don’t need your rental car immediately after arriving in Saranda.

Two turkish coffes with a littlle bit sugar and milk in Coffes shop in Sarande port cost almost twice more than signed in menu!? All of that due to twou unkind and unpleasant ladies (especially the older one). I was uncomfortabkly surprised! With such people in tourism Sarande will never be a favorite and popular destination in which tourists will be happy to come. There I wili definitely won’t return! People like this are a shame for Sarande tourism! So, dear friends, never go to the Coffe shop on Terminal Port in Sarande, beacuse you will be very stealthy and rude cheated!

The cafe at the Saranda Port charged more than the amounts on the menu – using the excuse that milk in a cappuccino was extra. Not sure why the Red Bull cost more, nothing ‘extra’ there but my daughter was too shy to challenge it. Then it was the worst coffee we’ve ever had. Don’t go there.

So, dear tourists, you Never go to a Coffes shop in Sarande port terminal, beacuse you will be tough and rude and cheated!
