Anjunadeep Explorations

After Anjunadeep organized a successful Explorations festival in 2019, they were bound to repeat this in 2020 until COVID-19 forced the cancellation of both the 2020 and 2021 editions. Anjunadeep is determined to be back in 2022 with a new edition of Explorations in the Albanian village of Dhermi. Being located on the beautiful Albanian Riviera, the location has everything the perfect summer festival can wish for: beautiful beaches, secluded places and amazing turquoise waters among a beautiful surrounding area.

Anjunadeep Explorations is more than a party: it’s a complete holiday including wellness activities, classes, experiences and excursions with a great soundtrack by local as well as international DJs.

How To Get To Explorations?

The festival is taking place in Dhermi, a coastal village in Albania located between Vlora and Saranda.

If you are arriving from abroad, the best way to reach Explorations is to fly to the Greek island of Corfu first. The festival organization is arranging transfers directly from Corfu to the festival locations. These transfers will include a boat trip from the Port of Corfu to Albania and a bus transfer to your festival accommodation. More details about the transfers can be found on the festival website.

Many visitors combine the festival with a trip to other places, so in that case it might be better to arrange your own transportation. If you’re flying in via Corfu you could take the normal ferry from Corfu to Saranda and rent a car from there to have the flexibility to go to other places in Albania before or after the festival. The drive from Saranda to Dhermi itself is already a treat, with many great beaches, historic villages and viewpoints on the way. Alternatively, there are also several mini-buses (furgons in Albanian) going from Saranda to Dhermi.

How To Get Tickets For Explorations?

Due to the unfortunate cancellation of Explorations 2020 and 2021, ticket holders have the option to keep their tickets for 2022 or get a refund, which is why there might be limited tickets left for the 2022 edition. You can best join the waiting list in the festival website to get notified when tickets will be available for booking.

Where To Stay During Explorations?

All tickets come with accommodation included and there will be several options to chose from when booking your festival tickets. This is done to prevent uncertainty and sudden price hikes as the festival organization has arranged reasonable price packages with the local community.

What Happens If Explorations Get Cancelled?

In the unfortunate event that the festival has to be cancelled you will have the option for either a full refund or keep your tickets for the next event date.
