Albania Lifts All Covid-Related Entry Requirements

From the 1st of May Albania lifts all covid-related entry requirements, which means you don’t need to show any proof of vaccination or a negative covid test result to enter the country. The use of face masks will also no longer be required indoors, although this is still recommended. All covid-related restrictions on opening times and music will be lifted for bars and nightlife venues as well.

Previously Albania required either a vaccination certificate or a negative covid test to enter the country. During the last summer season there was also a nighttime curfew with restrictions on playing music after certain hours and face masks were mandatory in all indoor spaces.

So for the upcoming summer season Albania is widely open for visitors who can enjoy their holiday like they used to do before the pandemic.
