Zero safety! Old, dirty bus!!the ac wasn’t working properly. The driver was always smoking inside the bus while driving and was always making calls and driving only with one hand as the other had the phone all the time.

The worst company ever, avoid at all cost!!!! They don’t speak English, and they are yelling yelling at you, if you don’t sit at right seat even if you explain that you cannot sit at the back seat and treat you very very badly!! Total rip off as they charge you double for the travel!!! Very small bus – van. Driver on the way put very loud techno music with breaks for answering the phone calls :/ Just avoid it!! Use normal bus to go to Saranda! Don’t let them stop you at the entrance to the terminal in Tirana. Just pass them and go straight to reguar national buses.
