Which Ferry Companies Operate Between Corfu And Saranda?
There are three companies operating ferries between the Port of Saranda and Corfu Port, next to Corfu Town (Kerkyra): Finikas Lines, Ionian Seaways and Joy Lines. Ferries operate all year round and schedules are intensified in the busy summer months. All companies operate a hi-speed hydrofoil, which takes only 30 minutes, as well as a slower car ferry, which takes around 1.5 hours.

How To Get To The Ferry?
In Saranda
The ferry terminal in Saranda is located on Rruga Mitat Hoxha. To get there by bus, you can take the bus from Butrint to Saranda and get off at the final stop in front of the ferry terminal. See bus timetable here.

In Corfu
In Cofu, make sure you get to the International Ferry Terminal, which is after the Domestic Terminal if you’re coming from Corfu Town.
If you arrive on Corfu Airport and want to go straight to the port for your ferry to Saranda, you can take bus no. 15 which takes approximately 20 minutes and costs €1.20. A taxi will cost you about €15 to €20 or you can book online for a private transfer.

Where To Buy The Ferry Tickets?
You can either buy your ferry tickets online via the websites of the ferry operators, or at their ticket offices in Saranda or Corfu. In Saranda there are also several tour agencies reselling ferry tickets.

In Saranda you can buy the ferry tickets to Corfu at the ticket offices in front of the port terminal on Rruga Mitat Hoxha. All of the operators (Finikas Lines, Ionian Seaways and Joy Lines) have their own ticket office so make sure you go to the right one if you want to book a specific time or vessel type.



Ticket Offices In Corfu
When buying your ferry ticket from Corfu to Saranda, it’s important to know that in Corfu the ticket offices are not located at the port terminal, but on Eth. Antistaseos in front the domestic port terminal. Both operators (Finikas Lines, Ionian Seaways and Joy Lines) have their own ticket office next to each other. From the ticket office it’s a 10 minute walk to the international port terminal.



How Much Does The Ferry Cost?

Ferry Timetables
The frequency of ferries depends on the season. In the winter months, Finikas Lines and Ionian Seaways operate only once a day from Corfu to Saranda and back to Corfu and increase the frequency gradually towards the peak of the summer, when the total number of ferries exceeds ten per day. Joy Lines only operates during the summer season and all car ferries only operate between the spring and fall, with only hi-speed ferry options during the winter months.
