Cocktail Bar REI is a rooftop bar right on Saranda’s waterfront promenade, serving great cocktails and other drinks. From the deck you have amazing views over the promenade, beach and the Ionian Sea. Below are a restaurant and another bar, New Space, which are separate. The entrance to Cocktail Bar REI is on the main street, Rruga Jonianet where the stairs lead you directly to the rooftop bar.
