Lekursi Castle is maybe the best and most romantic spot for a sunset drink or diner. Located inside the castle, Restorant Kalaja e Lekuresit serves traditional Albanian and Mediterranean cuisines and occasionally also entertains their guests with traditional folk music and dance. The views are spectacular as you can oversee the whole town of Saranda and the entire coastline up till Ksamil and Corfu on the horizon. It’s just amazing to see the city light up while the sun sets.

This site is a joke. Sure, the view from the top is amazing but that is all there is to it. The original castle is almost invisible and the beautiful murals hidden (on your right hand side just before entering the castle), it is one huge restaurant terrace now.
And there is a monkey. In a cage. With trash. Bored out of its mind. Ridiculous.
Not spending my money here.
