The Church of Saint Spyridon is located in the lower quarter of Vuno and is the largest church in the village. The current structure was rebuilt on earlier foundations in 1778 and the paintings where added in 1784. After a fire in 1998 and some further damage in 2014 a restoration took place in 2015.
The church is of the basilica type with a flat seiling and has a rectangular shape with internal dimensions of 19.80 x 11.40 meters. It has three longitudinal naves and is devided by two arcades on stone columns. It also has an outdoor porch, supported by arcades with columnades. The church also has a social character with an adjacent school and another building reserved for ecclesiastic administration.
