About Qeparo Beach
Qeparo Beach is a narrow beach strip in front of the town of Qeparo, in the heart of the Albanian Riviera. The beach is nicely located in a large bay and facing in west, which makes for great sunsets and a nice green environment around the village. The beach is the center of the new part of town, everything you need is closeby. A pedestrian promenade stretches along the beach with plenty of restaurants on the other side of the walkway.
How To Get To Qeparo Beach
You don’t need transportation to Qeparo Beach if you stay in the new part of the town, as everything is on a walkable distance. If you’re coming from elsewhere, Qeparo Beach is best reached by car, via the coastal road SH8. If you don’t have your own transportation it’s a great idea to rent a car so you can explore more of the beautiful riviera coast.
Qeparo can also be reached by (mini) buses from other towns. From Saranda there is a direct bus, but you can also take any bus in the direction of Himara, Dhermi or Vlora. Buses can drop you off at the main road from where it’s a short walk to the beach.
Facilities At Qeparo Beach
Since Qeparo Beach is in the heart of the modern part of town, there’s literally everything nearby. Right on the beachfront promenade are several bars and restaurants and there are many accomodation options on the beachfront and closeby. On the beach you can rent beach beds with umbrellas or bring your own towel to claim a spot on the public beach.
