After arriving at the property, they began ignoring my calls. I managed to speak with the cleaning lady, who informed me that the property was fully booked. Shortly after, I received a notification from Booking.com stating that the payment was not accepted. I updated my payment details, but they completely stopped responding. These people are scammers. Avoid them like the plague.
