Tipsy Drinks & More is one of the newest places in town and is located right behind Limani on the beachfront promenade. It’s a modern bar with a hip atmosphere and one of the best views over the promenade and the marina of Saranda.
Tipsy Drinks & More is specialized in great cocktails and although it’s not really a restaurant, they make great sushi as well and you can also smoke shisha.
