About The Gjin Aleksi Mosque
The Mosque of Aleksi Gjin is located in the village of Rusan, close to Delvina and about 16 kilometers from Saranda. It was built in the 15th century and a thorough restauration took place in 2008. The mosque is now considered a cultural monument, but is still being used for religious practices.
How To Get To The Gjin Aleksi Mosque In Rusan
The best way to get to the Gjin Aleksi Mosque is by car. If you don’t have your own transportation you can rent a car or motor cycle, or arrange a taxi to get you there. Alternatively you can take any mini bus from Saranda to Delvina and aks the driver to drop you off at Rusan road, from where you can easily walk to the mosque.
